A Matter of "Control"

Champions control what they can that is in front of them Team members most assuredly must look into the future and see the greatness that is offered to them..... But that does not allow them to ignore or dismiss the day-to-day challenges they encounter - after all, that is part of the growth process we undertake as individuals and as an organization.

You can only control what you can actually see and touch on a daily basis. Of course, the reward is ultimately found in that with said attention to our daily tasks, we provide the template of our future.
