The Patience Needed for Excellence

Excellence is rarely about instant gratification or results. It is about a process of trial and error....success and failure that are often barely indistinguishable. But along that "razor's edge" we walk, we are going to need to take a full measure of liability for our shortcomings. Understand that this is not about absorbing "blame", but rather on accounting for its nexus.
