The Patience Needed for Excellence

Excellence is rarely about instant gratification or results. It is about a process of trial and error....success and failure that are often barely indistinguishable. But along that "razor's edge" we walk, we are going to need to take a full measure of liability for our shortcomings. Understand that this is not about absorbing "blame", but rather on accounting for its nexus. We cannot ever hope to attain excellence without first "cataloging" and then responding to our errors, missteps, and miscalculations
