ALWAYS Looking Forward

I know we have to examine the past so as not to become a prisoner to it....

But if we are always looking back to examine the errors and missteps, then advancement is a daunting proposition.

Champion Teams will peer into the past, accept the failings, and then find a way (no matter how difficult it is) to use those losses as the foundation for greatness.
