Leaders of All Types

"Leaders" of teams and organizations are everywhere....and rarely, if ever, have titles.
Most every athletic team goes through the ritual of naming a captain or captains. Businesses promote individuals to positions of authority with a title change (and probably an increase in pay).
It is, by-in-large, a necessary and valuable process from which individuals are cited for their dedication, hard work, and positive character traits to name just a few requirements. And while it serves a purpose, the truly Championship-oriented teams have leaders everywhere - and are void of immediate public acknowledgment.
You can have a "C" on your chest, or a title on an office door, but growth-leadership comes from all corners of the organization.
Since every individual contributes to the success (or failure) of the team, it should be understood that every individual should be fully capable of leading others...and most importantly - leading themselves.
Construct a team of silent, vigilant, and "supplementary" leaders....
You have the foundation of a Champion.
