The Leadership Process that exists on teams, organizations, and associations must focus on the cultural elements of achievement as much as it does on the mechanical/structural elements.....maybe even more so.

WHY teams do, as opposed to the WHAT teams do actually drives success to a greater extent than we can appreciate.

Matters of communication, relationships, discipline, and purpose are the meaningful foundations upon which Champions are designed and fostered
