The "Blah" in Too Much "Rah"

Any leader who uses the tools of motivation on a consistent basis, must be wary of using too much of the "Collegiate Philosophy".

Which is meant to be understood as too many "rah-rahs" and slaps on the back often loses their effectiveness - quickly.

Genuine enthusiasm for a job well done is FAR more effective in impacting people's lives then by offering pandering platitudes that eventually carry no influence in moving the average person towards a Champion's Pedigree.
