Tasks vs. Truths

While leadership is a 24/7/365 proposition, it should not be construed as "time-consuming".

It DOES take a great deal of your time (and effort) if you are consistently operating with a sense of inconsistency of purpose and confusion of one's objectives.

True leadership is not a "task"....for tasks take time.

True leadership is a "truth"....for truths guide by simply being.
