Character. By Any Other Name.....

It is talked about - often relentlessly - about the need for leaders to possess high standards of personal character. This is to be understood not only that they actively promote this concept, but willingly abide by such principles.

But we have come to witness the reality that while leaders may want OTHERS to function with character, their adherence to the same standards are often lacking. This lack of integrity is often the wedge that pushes leaders away from the people they are entrusted to guide and mentor.

One must never forget that character is not an ideal....it is a requirement of ANYONE and EVERYONE, regardless of their title.
