A Question of Apathy

All of the skills possessed by any individual are rendered moot if that individual is hamstrung with a powerful case of Apathetic Attitude.

We have to be honest with this since I have personally witnessed hundreds of instances of highly skilled and trained individuals who couldn't care less about those gifts - or what to do with them.

More than one leader has been "neutered" by the simple fact that THEY care more about success than the players they lead and the offices or locker rooms they oversee.

Never forget to periodically ask yourself if you do still truly care about attaining the goals you have put out for yourself. And if you answer honestly that the "fire" is abated, then it may be time to either re-think your involvement....or maybe just step aside.
